My new pack is now in service.

24v 320p7s
13Kwh (Around 560Ah)
took a long time to test and assemble.

the average single 18650 cell capacity is 1777mAh, which I had a better supply of bigger capacity cells but I did not at the start of the build. I am now getting bigger cells for Mk2

need to put it a metal cabinet now

20x16? = 320cells per pack? * 1777mah = 568ah. At 7s320p with 1777mah/cell you have 568.6ah @ 24v nominal - 13.6kwh! Nice....
Is it for a powerwall?

Yes. 20x16. Yes a power wall as such but it won't be hung on a wall as it is to big. Need to organise a metal container(s). It has an 80A BMS, 3000w MPPT charger/inverter. It currently has a small solar array but does take some charge from the utility AC line until I can inprove the Solar. Just found a source of 26650 LifePO4 3000mah cells for next project. Have about 100 cells just now.

At what amps do those cell level fuses blow? Or are you not using them as fuses? I ask because they look a bit chonky to be used as fuses.

I did test the Fuse rating when I chose the wire and was very happy with it but I cannot recall the amperage. I will test again tomorrow and state the spec of the tinned copper wire I used as well as the Fuse rating. When I accidently shorted a cell(several times) with this wire it melted almost instantly.
