...which is to say that I assume/hope there are a few others in here already.

Spotted that some are doing some tinkering with the Solax kit so figured I'd join in the fun.

Have a 2012 Leaf that I've done 2 battery swaps on to date, the latest being an upgrade to the 40kWh pack using the Muxsan MITM.
First pack is a BESS in my garage integrated to Studer hardware using an Orion Jr. BMS.
Second pack went half into the latest Vectrix VX-1 resurrection with the remainder still on the shelf.
Lots of other bits doing but it's just never done is it.
