Hi all,

My project changed gears. I have several thousand tested cells to now sell. They are either Samsung ICR18650-22f or LGAAS31865, both 2200mAh. These are from modem cells (similar to those advertised by Battery Hookup). They all test to full original capacity. After capacity testing, I fully changed each cell to 4.2 volts, and let them sit for a month. I only kept cells that retained a voltage about 4.1v (most did).

I am close to Toronto.

Will you be willing to ship? I know that inter-continental shipping is probably out of the question. But those in the US may still be able to get them at an ok price.
See how much it would be to send to Los Angeles, Ca, 90001. This would probably be as far away as you'd possibly send to in the US.
The only thing is that the cells would need to be discharged to about 2.8V for shipping safety.
