Update :)

I designed handles for the balancer, and for such a mini switchboard with fuses, everything printed on a 3D printer, it turned out to be ok, so far I was able to partially install it, but still a bit missing, the balancer wires give 14 AWG enough to make smaller but better to have a reserve has the lowest possible losses because the device balances a current of about 5A max

I neglected the topic a bit :), the energy storage is almost finished, a small renovation of the room has been done and in a month everything should be operational :)

here is a construction album:

Looking very nice. Around 3000cells, max 5000?
Do the 3d printed wedges/sleds have any function beside keeping the correct spacing?
Can you pull out any cell pack, or is there too much weight from the packs above?
Thanks to exactly 5040 pcs of 18650 cells, about 40kWh of capacity, all exchange without any problems, the weight is not directed downwards, only vertically and horizontally and is also distributed on baskets and on the wall..

3d printed wedges/sleds their task is to separate packages from each other, provide better ventilation and level subsequent packages

The project is completed, it has been running for two months :)

a little more about the PW itself, unfortunately it does not support the Polish language and I cannot generate subtitles, I have to add it manually, but there is no time yet, greetings Leszek ..

Nice looking setup. And its so much fun to get things operational. Congratulations!
Do you have plans to expand or will you just enjoy this setup for a while?

One of the best builds around buddy - well done!

Wow Paragon, congrats for the lovely job you did 💯 💯 💯

Love the holders and all the details you looked after during constructions, very very nice result! Did I already say wow? and Wow! LOL(y):giggle:

Thanks :) , for two months the system has been working very well, it has exceeded my expectations, thanks again and best regards from Poland :)

Epic setup!!
Why you dont use the original battery holder pole/pin to make serries connection?
I see you use 'fuse' to make serries betwen them and solder it at the top of steel connector. May i know the reason?

Thanks, this is just my concept for the construction of this system, as for the fuses each slot protects exactly 840 slots
