Hi,
I’m thinking of getting a wind turbine and want to know if I can hook it up to the pcm60x to charge my battery bank, is it possible?
Thanks,
Phil.

For wind turbines, you'd need a turbine specific charge controller, because the wind dictates the wattage output, not the controller. It's not like a solar charge controller that can change the voltage/amps on the fly.

No where in the MPP documentation for the PCM60x did I see anything related to wind charge controller.

Its on the expensive end, but Midnite Classic charge controllers are designed for both PV and Wind and Hydro They have specific wind support / algorithms such as this section from the manual:

A controller that supports wind will have specific "Wind" options.
