Why did you post this into Off Topic General?? 
Would of made more sense in "Lithium Ion Batteries".
However, with that aside, with no markings to read, such as IMR18650 or such, we can't really determine what those cells are. Try pulling the wrapping off and see if the is anything etched in the casing itself.
Otherwise, take a look at the Cell Database and match the color of the wrapper and rings.
