I have build a small prototype system (3S26P)entirely contained in an Ikea box (12x16x\
10 inch). This system is in production since May 2017 and provides all of the power for
my home office.

Next up is a battery to extend the range of the Torqeedo 1003 electrical outboard motor
on our sailboat.

Hi and welcome.

Is your office 12 volt or do you use an inverter?

Both:

I charge some USBdevices via 12V - 5V DC-DC
adapters and have connected other things to a 300 Watt inverter.

I couldswitch the entire office to DC, eliminate the 300 Watt inverter
and increase efficiency. This however would require to change wiring,
buy additional DC-DC converters, ...

Typical power range is 15 Watt(at night) to 45Watt (during day) with peak
of 120 Watt.

This is interesting for me, thanks for sharing. We are a small team of freelancers, we work outside the city and use 20 laptops for work. Sometimes our power grid is overloaded and we have problems with electricity, so I'd like to know if your system can provide electricity to our office so that everything works without any problems. In fact, we are in an ecovillage for an experiment, because we wanted to find out if we can live far away from civilization and not depend on comfort and technology, but we couldn't do without laptops, because we need a source of income. After 2 months, our experiment will come to an end and we will be able to share our observations with people. In the meantime, we found great coworking spaces in Singapore for the next experiment. This time we will live and work in maximum comfort to make a comparative analysis for our project.
