Hello, I am sorry if someone question that. I have solar system with - EASUN 5.5kw Hybrid Inverter MPPT 48V - 4x solar panels Suntech 440w - 4x Gel battery /12v 150ah/ - and Victron Energy SmartShunt 500A/50mV. When I ordered my inverter I ordered it with wifi module for monitoring. But before weeks I found the Solar Assistant app. And tried for the first time to connect my inverter to pc because I saw can monitor my inverter with Watchpower app and if I can monitor inverter from pc, I will buy the app because I want more information about my system. The inverter came with RS232 cable (RJ45 male to female RS232 on the otherside). I bought usb to rs232 cable and tried to connect pc to inverter, download the driver, app, all and tried to connect them. But when connect the inverter to pc not show me on the left side inverter like connected com device. I read and tried with SolarPower but same result. Bought other cable USB/RS232 and the result was same. Tried to convert RS232 to TTL (with chip max3232) and connect via usb to ttl cable (with chip PL2303HX) but the result was same. Tried way with max3232 converter and ftdi module, same result. Finally tried to connect inverter to old computer with male com port, but the result was same, nothing. And I don't know what to do and I need help. Thank you for help in the advanced.

RS232 to USB cable
RS232 to TTL converter
PL2303HX cable
FTDI module
Down below is uploaded inverter to wifi module cable

I'd try with an old PC or notebook with a native 9 pin serial port. Emulation via USB doesn't always work, for e.g. on some medical machines the converters won't do the job.
Old PC, probably will have XP on them (argh!), just open Terminal program and try common settings if the manual doesn't specify (but it should!): 9600/8/N/1... etc

UPDATE

Install windows xp on old pc with rs232 com port. And when connect inverter to pc by rs232 port on motherboard it work. I am using watchpower software for monitoring and work. But I want to convert rs232 to usb and try couple things to convert but I don't know where mistake. I used that wiring diagram.

Ah very good, that's a good thing. That means that communication your cable is using is the most basic one: TX to RX, RX to TX and GND, with no control pins.

I don't know the exact solution, I can tell you the tests I would do in Windows 10, in the Device Manager -> properties dialog window:

- Check the properties of the new COM port (the emulated one created by the COM2USB driver) to be sure you have "Controls pins: disabled"; you can also set the correct speed/start-stop bits in that same dialog window;
- Check that the COM port number Windows assigns to your new port if between COM1 and COM4; because the software may be expecting a real COM port and the original ports available were between 1 and 4 (I/O ports 2E8/2F8/3E8/3F8 if I remember correctly) ;
- Check if the driver has an updated version in the properties -> driver box.

(I don't have the screenshots for Win10).
