Hi Zag2Me! Cheers a lot for your encouragements, actually I gained a lot from the HBPowerwall community, to find how they spend their time and the differences for their specialized lithium systems.

To get the technology into volume production, I'm working to have a high budget so that we can certified specific li-ion cells from LG/Panasonic from the start. I am attempting a multi pronged approach for funding, 1/ launching a kickstarter campaign in 2-3 months 2/ currently teaming up with partners locally: I've in contact with universities and electrical plastics companies to team up for the design and manufacture.

Thanks you are awesome, your positivity is much appreciated.

No problem at all, I love a good innovation.

I'm currently using Jehu Garcias DIY kit and found it worked very well. Lots of thing to improve though so I wish you luck.

Saw your project and as a Mechanical/Electrical engineer, I am glad you are putting this out to the public. While I do agree with many of the other users' concerns I believe some minor changes can create a product that even hardened DIY individuals will be willing to spend money on! I read all the post and saw your website.I would like to contribute but don't see a link to any open source site or github repo.
