I have 2 small UPS's using 4S2P and I want to make a big pack for an APC, 16S4P.
 
Do you have a datsheet for These cells?
I agree, cells with screws or threaded studs are much easier to put together into a battery pack.

No datasheet, but they do have the tested capacity. Not sure about the max discharge current. So far (1 year+) they worked well in the 12V UPSes but the load is not high on them.
