I have two high mah cellsI would like to get opinions on

First looked to have pin hole damage after removing zinc strip

I have cycled twice and no sign leakage

Should I use in my battery build, my flashlight or pitch

Second is one I put in charger and plastic wrap ripped in corner and caused some sparking before I could pull

Assuming it still tests fine should I rewrap and use in a battery build, in my flashlight, or pitch.

Thank you

Pictures of the holey cells please

The sparked one should be fine. As long as there is not constant short, you'll be ok making sparks with them. Re-wrap and put into service if it tests good.

Does the first cell have an actual hole? If it does I'd dispose of it quickly. It might be fine or it might not.

The second one is perfectly fine to use. Most of my cells have come from hover board batteries which were hard to disassemble without sparks. I did it more times than I care to admit and my cells have been working perfectly fine for the past year or so.

I am not able to probe with a single strand of copper wire

It seams to be a deep crater, but wall thickness must be thin

Yep, +1 with Mikes assessment. That's a pretty deep hole. It might only be a hair's thickness left and you'd have no way of knowing.
