After my RavPower Luster mini (powerbank with flashlight) quit working, I have disassembled it and found a ICR18650-32A cell. Unfortunately cell reads 0V. Have not got a chance to check if it has protection and reset it. I have put it aside and replaced it with a spare harvested from a notebook battery pack I had laying around.
