I've found 9 Sanyo's with green rings in a Dell 11.1V 7200Ah battery (Type Y4367). These are different to all my other Sanyos as there is no embosed"sanyo" or model number, just the date stamp.

I'm not 100% sure they are UR18650FB, but if I run the numbers back from the Dell pack, they should be 2400mAh cells and with the green ring, they probably are UR18650FB

I have never seen a Sanyo cell in any Dell battery. However that battery is from 2005. Much older than the Dell packs I have.

How do those cells test? Or are they heaters?
 
They tested pretty well. Average capacity was 2200mAh. Pretty impressed with that actually. No unusal (usual for Sanyo) heat.
