I want feedback on if to use small height 3.2V100ah screw model or laser model for making 12.8V/25.6V100ah and 48V100AH , for ESS. ( not for rickshaw). Factors to be considered 1) Ease of making pack 2) difference in BOM cost 3) ease of after sales service ( will there be cases where we have to change cell at service center ) 4) Cost of screw cell is slightly higher than laser.
What issues could arise?
