very nice link, and yes ir testing is a time saver and pretty important.
I was not aware that your charger could do a ir test.

Got my plastic box built for batteries, will keep dust moisture off them. Insulated wall behind and covered with concrete board, clean look.

Purchased the bottom 5548 in 1999 for y2knew in box for 2000.00and has set on shelf. 2 years ago dealer in Arizona had mount and breakers mounted on eBay for sale, said was for display and demo in store, picked it up for 1050.00. Would like to find cover plate for the 1 to finish out.

Getting ready to put the BMS on batteries and see they mount them at bottom top or middle, will be pulling power from middle of batteries. Any thoughts on this ? I went with the Leafmons from Batrium.

I dont think it matters that much since you have so thick busbars between the cells.

Purchased this a few months back for 200 bucks no batteries, wanted something portable. Home Depot is clearing out their EGO tools up to 75% off, will not sell after this month, Lowes is selling now. I picked up a weed trimmer with a 2.5 battery 56 volt, a back pack blower 7.5 amp battery and a chainsaw 2.5 battery, saw 100 bucks .blower 200, weed trimmer 125. They had 2 blowers purchased both and sold 1 for 150.00 and keep extra 7.5 for power station. This is a great teaching aid to show people about battery limits, this will run at full power for less than 20 minutes with these 4 batteries. When I need a yard tool the batteries are always ready to go.
