While I don't have a Data Sheet these have been pulled from Makita 1.5A and 3.0A tool packs
indicating the have a capacity some where around 1500mah

Yes, I concur, 1500mA from drill packs. Makita also use Samsung 15R/25R as well, which are rated 23A to 30A discharge max. I suspect that these are the same. Suitable for eBike etc.
 
I also got a bunch from makita powertool batteries. However, what seems strange to me is that there aren't connections on every group; there is only one on p2+. Never seen something like this actually. However, I would expect this to work quite well if the cells were self-balancing, which I don't think they are.
 
(sorry for bad english) i pulled them from old toshiba leptop battery that says 14.8volt 6450 mah 4s3p package 6450/3=2150mah but i can't test the capacity
