I harvested 12 of these recently from used laptop battery packs, 8 capacity tested in the 1100-1199 range and 4 capacity tested in the 1000-1099 range. As a used cell I would say these #s are in line with what you guys stated as the likely Original Capacity.

I can confirm they should be 1500mAh cells as have just removed the same cell from Dell with label attached

Hello!
I have cells marked as US 18650S but the liner is green with black insulator ring.

Harvested 100 from old industrial scanners
Tests showed capacity from 1190 to 1394 mAh

If I find a way to attach a jpg I will post it here
