Several others, one being @OffGridInTheCity and I have had some odd and funky experiences with them. Much like Lucas Electric/Electronics.
The cells exhibit some odd behaviour at times and have a tendency to change IR drastically between SOC phases. Out of the 278 US18650GR G4, G5, G6, G7, and G8 versions that I have tested, I have none that have an IR below 55.2mΩ. All of them performed with a SOH of 80% or better with as high of an IR as 113mΩ specifically the G8. If you remember I did a study on Sony green cells:
