talk about cr123a Vs cr123-what's the difference?

let me know, I am not the first one buy wrong battery. It sounds like a joke, wants to buy cr123a battery, yeah, i know you may say it's impossible, but placed wrong order for cr123 on the first order. so I order the battery from my old friend-eblofficial site at last. because these 2 type battery is totally different--from image, easily identify. google it, read this article, so saying nothing? don't understand​

I think you need to clarify how it was "wrong". All CR123A cells are the same, dimension especially. The major difference would be the voltage because of chemistry. But the ones in the image you posted are lithium. So they should have the same voltages.
