Looking to purchase a box load of "new" 18650s min: 15A min:3000mAh(unprotected)
Which make/models would you recommend, for :-

1) Reliabilty
2) Longevity
3) Stability
4) Quality
5) Consistency
6) Low temperature discharge
7) Price

Anyone using/recommendany of the following( please add to the list) :-

-LG INR18650-HG2 3000mAh - 20A
- LG INR18650-HG2L 3000mAh - 20A
-Red Sony / Murata US18650VTC6 3000mAh - 30A
-Samsung INR18650-30Q 3000mAh - 15A

Any known issues with any of the above ?

1to5: Samsungs all the way with the only disadvantage being 7: the price.
6: depends on the actual discharge current. When near the limits, things become very arguable.
