Watchmontookit - Not finding BMS after network changes

I have Watchmontoolkit installed on two Windows 10 PC's at home.
I did some network changes which switched my network from 10.0.0.x to a 192.168.100.x range - The BMS got a new IP - no problem and one of my windows 10 machines with the toolkit can see the BMS and works as per normal.

The other however cannot seem to see the BMS. I have trolled the AppData folder and registry to see if I could find anywhere that the software caches the IP, but I have come up short.

I can confirm this machine is on the same network as the other machine that does find the BMS - so Im a bit lost as to why this one cant see it. Tried disabling Windows firewall etc.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, after a week of it not connecting, after disabling the firewall (and it still not working). I reenabled the firewall and reopened the software.. I was prompted by the Windows Firewall to allow access and after doing that, it connected. yay.
