ive been following the diy community for a few years. Jehugarcia and lithiumsolar on youtube mostly. im building an off grid earthship style house so im always looking for the latest in the diy world. currently investing into prismatic Lifep04 solar backup system, converting my riding mower to electric. just finished a 350sf aquaponics greenhouse. next project is converting my not-so-running 08 volvo c30 to EV. eventually going full cyborg. but thats a far off ambition for the solid state guys.

dont get me started floyd. just drank a cup of espresso. i can sum it up: building a house using 90% dirt and 10% cement. the walls behave as a thermal battery. your 18650 powerwall can run your house off grid with no need for A/C or cooling. building with traditional sticks and insulation will require you to be on grid in extreme temps. its very efficient
