I just finally got my shipment of 8 280 Ah EVE cells from SABEN.
Took 4 months to get them and I have opened and tested yet. I will get to checking them this weekend and let you know. SABEN has a good rep (which is why I bought from them). Once I get them tested, I will post my results and let you know--I know that may not be soon enough, but I put it here just in case you want to know.
Unpacked the first two, and they are very well packed, and in pristine condition. No bulge, intact QR codes. Mass of the first two very close to each other, the IR was 0.17 mOhms and both were 3.295V.
I am capacity testing the first cell (will take about 10 hours) I will report back when I get the results.

Update: I have only cap tested the first two cells, but they tested at 287.3 Ah and 287.7 Ah, so over 100% of rated capacity. VERY pleased with these cells. Paid a little more, but got true Grade A new EVE cells.
