Which Tesla batteries best to buy for PowerWall?

Hello mates. I would like to build my own power storage based on Tesla batteries, like some of you. I'd like to ask you for opinion which battery from those which I can get I should buy and why or maybe you adwice the other way to do it?

Tesla S 85D z 2016 72000km 12803euro = 150euro/1KW

Tesla S 100D z 2018 34000km 15452euro = 154euro/1KW

Tesla S 90 z 2017r 65000km 13907euro = 154,5euro/1KW

Tesla 3 75kwh 8000km 9271euro = 124euro/1kw

This is what I can get, the thing is I can not test them before buy so only what I can do is make a decision based on this data. I saw that most common solution is based on Tesla S batteris did anyone have an experience or saw someon buid it on Tesla 3 bateris? As far as I know Simp Bus are not compatibile with Tesla 3 BMS.

I would be thankfull for shering your knowlage.

If you can get a BMS attached somehow to the Tesla Model 3 battery, that one is obviously the winner. Lowest cycles & the cheapest

serching for simpBMS work very very well with the this modules and comunicate with inverters like victron and others

I am not shure that the simpBMS is working with a Model 3 battery. Model S & X are supported

and is there a Victron device that accepts more than 48V (14S)? a Model 3 has 4 modules split into 2 sizes: 23S & 25S

U are right, the model 3 as 2 modules 200V etch in series.
 
Tes3 is not compatible with SIMPbms or any such based Arduino breakout board.
4 module's in the battery box ~ 24S so max voltage is 100.8V, what will work with that voltage..??
Clumsy big bricks, with open bottom exposing the fuse wire, oh so delicate and easy to damage..
I have traded a couple for RV conversions to electric, but do not like them....
 
Hello again guys. Finally my 100kwh package from Tesla X after crash arrived and it looked tightly closed. I started my project and immediately some questions came up. Right after opened small cover i saw a lot of condensation, I'm wondering what and how big impactt it may have on the batterys? Is it normal? Secound thing are the black spots inside, is it glue or something else? Do you know? The third thing is that on the plastics covers you may found marks on few modules, what thoes it mean? are those cels ware repaired?

I apriciate your knowlage, let me know please what do you think about that.

Oh wow. Your bought a dud. I’d guess that’s been in a flood. Those batteries are toast.
 
Maybe you can consider replacing the LFP battery.
Judging from the video released by Munro team, Tesla can already use LFP batteries on the Model 3. But interestingly, they seem to be using CATL prismatic cells.
