Power Wheel upgrade

12v 9.5ah lead acid
lithium would need 4.75 ah

I'm thinking 4s 5p or 3s 6p or something like that where I can use the china 4x5 holders.
That would almost triple usable amp hours.

well it works, down and dirty to see if it would work.
pack is at about 15 volts and has way more power.

i will be rebuilding and installing cell lvl fuse wire.
going to try the 34 awg i have, might need bigger.
single strand for the bus wire
the factory pack has a 30 amp fuse.

do they make heat shrink large enough to shrink the whole pack?

Charging ?
Low voltage cutoff ?

I either need a 4s bms that has charging and cut off, Or I can use my hobby charger and use one of them china low voltage alarms.

All sizes of shrink wrap on Aliexpress, probably ebay as well

Its been over a year and this thing is still working great.

The higher voltage makes it faster and the capacity is about 4x more than factory.
