Very nice well done.

I noticed that you have a lot of Sony US18650GR ** cells in pack 2 and 3 . At least that is what they look like.
Please be cautious with those cells as they have a tendency to be high in IR and can cause pack imbalance.

Hi. thank you for this warning.

for the moment cells are not correctly dispatched.
finally i have decided to make a 14S120P battery.
Because of you intervention i've read discussions around this type of cell.
when i'll mount the battery i'll be carefull.

:p May the Power go to the wall :p

Best regards.

This is a fantastic resource, thanks for linking it!

Hi this is a fantastic ressource.

I have used repackr to build my entire 15Kwh Powerwall and 5kWh Camp Wall and to date none of the packs have needed to balance

I really wish i could have done it with my early packs really suffering now

And I want to thank you as your Videos on Pack 5 pushed me to do it exact cell tested number. Takes a bit of time to find them all but it's not too bad.

When I capacity test each pack I am within 1Ah of each other. and that's 4.2 - 3V I run my Wall 3.5 - 4.1

Arrr... #cell5 so many memories. Happy to have helped :)

Hi all.

14 X 120P is now complete.
Now will be the great challenge :

Repackr session
Arrange cells in appropriate pack
make the BusBar
solder the fuse
let the pack balance itself
add voltmeter on each pack
and connect all together
and order the inverter.

.... it's a quite long time to wait. ;) ;) ;) ;)
