cell matching brand new 18650

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's necessary to cell match brand newINR18650-35E batteries? I've tested few and they're +/- 30mahwitheach other.
 
I would not match new cells unless it is for HIGH current applications

How accurate is your test equipment ?

The negligible +/- 30mAh is likely a combination of a slight cell capacity difference and your testers inaccuracyandrepeatability.
 
High current is when you max out the cells and the ir really start to come to play
 
Well the more cells you put in parallel the less the need for matching.
