hello
wonder if there is such a bms that has a switch or logic output when functioning?
i want to switch on off a contactor when the bms is functioning
 
There are plenty of them that do this. Batrium, DIYBMS by Stuart Pittaway, and several others. Electrodaucus I believe can do this as well.
