monitoring problem *solved*

Hey guys i have a new 5048 hybrid v2 on the wall and all works well but for some reason the inverter/program stops collecting data(after a vew days) and i cant see how the power flows by looking at the icons in the watchpower program you guys any idea?

the things i did:

install the program several times also other laptop.
reset unit
shut down unit
 
Does it help to restart computer? Using Serial or usb?
 
Hrmm, title says "*solved*", but what was it that solved it?!?
 
Stt that to. Bit Hard to get whats going on :)
