Australia Post holiday mail screwed

Local mail delayed/lost, same for interstate and even mail from overseas.

No thanks to all these screw ups, xmas mail is so delayed that everything else is being held up.
The charger boards I ordered are stuck somewhere in this mess, looks like I'll be lucky to get them this month.
So much for having something to play with over the holiday break.

Might not be a good idea to order things from ebay at the moment.

We used to get carded all the time "ooh but you weren't home" UMMM we work same hours you do and are ALWAYS here. A few minutes of video footage from SEVERAL camera angles had them carding with out even having a parcel in hand - then it takes 40min to go to the Post only to find out it's not there on the day stated and another 40min the next day.. Even the local Post Office was pissed because his back room was FULL of stuff that hasn't been delivered.

Happens every year, mostly because people wait till the last moment to send xmas stuff.

Do the right thing, celebrate on xmas day, send your pressies early, better yet, buy ppl stuff when they need it ....
