It's LR1865SI, upper case i, not 1. Like the other cells are SF and so on.

I think model should actually be LR1865SI ("I" instead of "1").

I have this same cell model without any "Tenergy" lines at all.

From what I found yes, website is http://en.lishen.com.cn/
The LS18650xx series aren't on their site anymore, so I take for good the Tenergy datasheet.
