What is battery pack worth?

If I wanted pay someone to make 80-cell battery packs for me, what would be a fair price?

Edit: Used cells with soldered fuse wires. Sticky adhesive removed from at least the external cells. (Thanks for the clarifying questions!)
 
Fused or non fused? Spot welded or soldered?
 
Sticky, cleaned, re-wrapped?

Fused

Soldered, I assume. I don't think I can maintain a spot-welded battery pack.

Clean?? How hard is it to de-stickify cells?

Rewrapped seems like a money spent that doesn't perform.
 
Will you supply the cells or just want a premade pack?

In my area i would say you have to pay 100-200EUR for a 2nd hand pack of around 2.2Ah cells and 80 cells in total premade. (Including cells)

Atleast thats what they are sold for in Sweden what i have seen.

Considering all of the work to harvest the cells, test them, and solder everything together, that seems pretty cheap.
