Speaking frankly:
I was thinking about a similar system, only with technology of the 1980's...
With a old 286 pc and a dot matrix printer(modified so it can process cells), both programing in gw basic.
The cells would have been placed in a beld like a m60 or such, a belt that can hold 240 (or more)at one time(for 8 for one month, its a 8 bit port).
the printer would give each cell a number and print the ir and remaining capacity on the cell.
Recorded in old dbase.
Basically old robotics as you will.
Thru a 232 port modified to a 234 port it would do ir, charging and discharging(x2 or 3)
8 at the time, times 3 at a day....on full auto?!?
The only thing you have to do is, take them out and replace every day, 8 16 or 24 cells and put them into their right bucket.
But i haveno time.
Mechanical is also easy for me.
But i really like this concept, like i stated before: i will dig into this one.
If the system could be improved like i have, with units, so you can put them aside and let them rest, so you wont't have to fiddle around anymore with those cells, that would be a plus 10 for me.
i hope you understand what i am trying to tell?
