Setting proper charge current

I have a 7S14P used laptop cell battery that I have constructed. I want to know how to go about setting a charge current to reach 500mA rate per cell.

I will be charging with 2x HP-DPS1200FB server power supplies connected in series (24V) fed into an 1800watt CC/CV adjustable buck/boost capable charging module set at 28V.

What I need to know is the proper way to calculate charge amperage per cell, and what wattage to set my charger module at.

14 cells, with 500mA charge current would be 7A.

Amps / Cells in parallel = Charge current per cell
