Thanks, but would you trust such a cheap china product?

I would like to use a 1000W (230V) Inverter ... so the 45A version should be enough.
 
Trust depends? I would not trust it for my house with 2nd hand cells that i have no knowledge about. I would though use it for an ebike or equal thing or a garage thingy.

1000w nominal is 40++A. I would use an 80A BMS atleast. A 1Kw inverter can easily peak 2x during some seconds.
 
I would like to build a small hardcase (mobile battery pack) with it. So i think it should be ok (and not so dangerous) to use such a cheap balancer for it.

Ok thank you for your hint ... then i take another one with min. 80A.
