These kind of batteries are used in Bosch 4A 18V batteries and Kobalt 2A 24V battery packs for professional tools, and there's 2 sizes of these batteries. Just as an additional info. I don't know if i can post a link of a yt vid here but there is one about a teardown finding these in them.

Hi Mike. Is the green cell a 18650 ?
 
@alessiotonno there are not 2 sizes. This cell is 21700.
@Mark The green one is an 18650 Sony V3 or later.
 
I found 5 of these cells in a power tool battery pack (I think Bosch?). The cells came unwrapped, and while 1 cell was 0 volts, the rest had full charge. Stay safe out there dismantling!
