yes holder cant go over 4A each slot or start heat so 4x16 64A due to holder limit

Then perhaps you need to use these numbers for your rating, not the pcb. Stating that it can do 50A when the weakest link is only 4A is a bit misleading. Yes, I know there are other holders out there, but they don't have that much better performance.

4x16?? Is each PCB just 16 cells in series, or are they 64 cells(16s4p)? I'm getting confused as to what you are actually trying to accomplish here. Please make a posting of your available information in non-conflicting terms and much clearer wording.

16 slot per pcb means 16 x 4 total amps from holders.
(every holder has 4 bay, every bay can do 4Amps)

pcb traces can handle 50A contiunuos

so holders can give 64A without heat, pcb can handle 50A with delta T of 20° then start to "heat too much".
