I have a question from thous who have bought Batrium systems.

I make my selection of the Watchmon 4 for longmon and expansion.
The systempicture is shown along with the shunt, lonmons, ect.
The price is listed in the price column.
When I check out, the longmons, the shunt, the support are being charged again!

Am I looking at this wrong?

Thanks

Printscreen? Btw do you need the expansion?

Do I need the expantion?, no not at this time. Just thought that I should get it while I was ordering for latter down the road. I have more than 14.
I wanted the watchmon4 with extra longmons, for spare, just in case of damage.

So, if you select the Watchman 4 for longmon and expansion, support, ect. The picture shows all the components in the system and gives the price.
When I go to check out, there is a list of options, with the price for additional options, so it looks to me.
The cost almost doubles.

To me, it looks like I am trying to order more componets, as options.

I don"t know how to print screen. Not my forte.

Just tried it, seems to be working as expected?
Picked as follows:
> store
> Decentralized Supervisor
> Watchmon4 for Longmon and Expansion
checked which boxes on the left have the blue edge (ie are selected) for the options needed
> add to cart, result seems right.
If you're seeing something different, maybe try a different browser, some read the site's code differently.

Print Screen is easy.

Press Alt-PrintScreen to capture the window (the browser in this case).
Open MS Paint or other image editor and Paste
Save file
Upload to forum (at this point, make sure to do a "New Reply" and not the "Quick Reply" to get the option to upload images.

A nice program to do screen captures is Greenshot. It lets you crop what you want to select.

Korishan, where do I find printscreen?

How do I find a way to contact Batrium support?, I have been looking.

Printscreen is on your keyboard, usually upper right corner next to Scroll Lock.

Batrium support: https://www.batrium.com/pages/about-us
BIIG ABOUT US link at the top of their home page.

I dont want to ruin anything but if you dont find their contact email nor how to order how do you expect being able to configure the Batrium? I would say its 100x as complex comparing to doing a printscreen/snippet or find an email :)
