I took it from a Dell battery, the enclosing plastics is in a waste bin at my workplace, I thought that I would find them on Internet, but I can't find any references to them..

Same cell pulled from my old dell battery, testing at 4.33 vdc, no other info on them.
There are so many pouchcell formats out there because most manufactures get them custom made for their products.
If they are from a laptop you can count on them being normal energy cells with max 2C discharge rating, maybe 1C.
Have you tried searching for parts of the model number? Maybe you find cells from the same family if that exists.
