Batrium watchmon4 and leafmon troubles

I have a watchmon4 setup with 14 Leafmon. Working great for over a year. resently i temporary disconnected the charge inverter and solar controller cable from the battery, and reconnected a few days later. Now my SOC hovers at 95 to 100% all day and night and the coulomb counter does not reset to zero at midnight, so now it accumulates charge/discharge . All else looks fine. Did i somehow short the shunt. It does flash red and green like normal. Any ideas as to what i can do, or just replace the shunt. Any input will be appreciated.

I have a similar issue - using leafs.. I have a total of 168 Gen2 modules in a 48v pack

When my pack was smaller (42 modules) and I was cycling daily it was fine but once I increased my pack size to 80+kwh - its all out of whack. I'm thinking because I now only do a full charge / discharge cycle every 4 days vs daily

My SOC readings have since been very unreliable compared to battery voltage

I'm new to using Batrium but maybe try this the next time you're top balancing: Menu --> Hardware --> Shunt --> Edit --> Metrics --> Full --> Ok --> Save.

I got the SOC working again, by unplugging the power to the watchmon4 and the shunt and reconnecting. There is still two noticable problems, one is with the Charge Kwh and Dischage Kwh displayed on the software, it is not resetting at midnight to zero. as of today i have a total of 106.3 kw of charge and 102.5 kw of discharge. Maxine suggested I try doing the sync time reset at Midnight but this did not work, and my historical data ends on Jan 15th, and nothing is being recorded after that date.  The second issue i noticed is displayed in the snapshot report.

So the low shuntvolt is puzzling. So i suspect that i may have somehow corrupted the electronics in the shunt by not powering down the watchmon4 and the shunt during the time i was disconnecting inverter and solar controller (shutdown and not energized).

I think you should be top balancing to 4.10v daily. This is how i normally operate.
