Fed ex, UPS, DHL
They have all made me mad. But Fed EX is is on the hot seat today (this week)
My shipment( 2 BYD lifepo4 24 volt batteries) has been in Sacramento since late Friday. I can understand nothing was unloaded during the weekend but apparently nothing was unloaded Monday or Tuesday, finally Fed ex calls today "hi I need to schedule your delivery for tomorow ( estimated delivery was Feb 5,2020),do you have help to move the item it is heavy"?
Just get it on the ground I will move it. will need a lift gate. FED ex "I will need to email your shipper to authorize the lift gate and will call back to finish scheduling.
Just frustrating I had to vent.

The batteries arrived and are in great shape. Can't say that about the pallet though. Have to rest up getting the two batteries off the pallet and in garage wore me out.

Oke now move them back outside, rest for an hour and move them back inside.
Do this 5 times a day for a week long.
You will be in better shape when the next delivery comes
