Capacity test showed these numbers:

Not bad I assume you are using a Zanflare or Liitokalla tester as they are around 7% higher than rated.
That being said I have found some of these chinese cells quite good in quality.
Also the tester will discharge to 2.8 V rather than 3V which most of these cells are rated at so it gives you an extra 100 mA or so.
All in all if you had a bunch of these cells good for you!

Ok, makes sence. Because i'm using XTAR VC8. It's discarging up to 2.6V, but the amount of mAh from 2.8V to 2.6 is very very small. Voltage drops very quick.

Bunch of these in my case are 6pcs :D
