LG Chem N2.1 3.6V 120Ah cell module
#1
Does anyone have any experience with the LG Chem N2.1 cells?   Batteryhookup has Chevy Bolt battery cells for sale and I'm thinking of buying a bunch of them to make a 14s4p bank for my solar storage.

Just wondering if anyone has any input on these cell modules or battery hookup in general.

How the heck did it end up here?   This is not where I intended.

Where did you move it to, I can't find it?

thanks,

I moved it to the Battery section as this is what the topic and your post is about. (accidentally originally moved to BMS. oops)

Not only did I see both videos, but I downloaded them and put them on the living room flat screen in the highest resolution available.

I bought 70 of these modules today and am going to be selling my Chevy Volt battery.    Bought the Volt battery from a local guy, only 30k miles on the car and got really lucky.  Unfortunately, the way the battery tabs are welded doesn't allow me to create a 14 series config and that's troublesome.    Running Sunny Island inverters and they won't go below 42 volts..  ..
