I over-discharged my T440p's battery

I run Debian Stable on my T440p. This is what acpitool says. Is there a fix? A new battery costs 128 off Lenovo website... I really don't want to pay for that...

Update: I did what /u/WorldLinx suggested,
tlp recalibrate
causes my laptop to shutdown..

Open it up and manually recharge the pairs. Should be recoverable.
