MPP Solar 3 phase issue

My system is up and running for almost 1.5 years.
Its a 3 x PIP5048MG to get a final 3 phase system.
Each inverter is connected to a single PV string of 2700W (9 panels) each.
In the last few days I am facing a strange issue.
One inverter goes randomly in protection (with no advices or messages) and give me tension with no power (no watt) so one phase is no usable.
Already tried disconnecting the PV of that inverter without any results.
Still dont understand what can force the inverter stopping producing energy.
Any clues?

What error code?

Hi Daniel, thanks for helping me.
No error code from the inverter.
Just no power out (but still 230v).
As result I loose that phase

So no error code and the display say it outputs power? If that's the case check the fuses/breakers on the output. If they are in warranty (1year) you check with the dealer.

I have not seen any MPP product stop doing stuff without error codes.

Plan to run watchpower and see if shows any error code.
Nothing on display and inverter still deliver tension but no wattage.
Would like to swap the parallel cards to detect any issue and (at the end) want to run the inverter alone (no parallel card connections) to isolate the issue.
will post the follow up

Post an image from the screen please.

Update
Just completed the swapping parallel card and issue is still there.
Inverter worked fine for around 3 hours than stopped again with no message on display nor on watch power.
To let the inverter work again I have to restart it.
Only clue I have I heard some sparkling sound from the system but I can be sure that come from that inverter.
By now I am pointing to the main board (AC production section)

UPDATE
I discovered that I have tension between neutral and ground when operating off grid from the 3 inverters, so maybe the inverter blocks itself because of that voltage.
Question is.
It makes sense to connect ground and neutral on the AC output?
I am ALWAYS in battery mode and OFF GRID.
