PowerWall from working e-bike

I have seven of e-bike batteries(36v). They seem to be in good shape, so I don't want to rip them apart. What i would want to do is build a portable power bank and I want to pick out 12v. I would like to but them in parallel and charge from ac 230v 6amp (so 1400w speed) is this possible? is there any small not to noise charger for that? do i need a bms? Thanks in advance
