Unknown cells help

The second one came from a component made in USA, not sure where the first one came from.

There are no manufacturing names. The info above is all that is stamped on them.
Both are red with 1. having a white ring and 2. having a pink ring.
I took photos, but the stamps don't come out.

Took the heat wrap off and only the info posted is on the cell.
the 2. cells came out of a pack of 20 cells with 112Wh at 25.9v. I can get these cells regularly so will keep them for a build at some point.
