Jumping to first unread instead of last post

Is there are way to have it so when you click on the link to the right of the thread, instead of jumping to the "Last Post", it jumps instead to the first of the posts you haven't read?

Thread is started, there's 10 posts that you've read. You leave for the day, come back and there's 20 posts. Clicking either thread or Last Post takes you to the beginning/end of the thread. Now you gotta scroll and find what the last post was that you read.
Instead, clicking Read Next or something of the sort would take you to "your" next to read post in that thread.

Or would this cause too much database/cpu overhead?

Click the arrow and you get to your last read post.

Have existed since the beginning of forums Just changed place slightly haha
