18650 Haul of Lifepo4 Batteries

Hi,

I made a good haul of 64 boxes of 18650 Lifepo4batteries last year. In each box had 10 battery packs and each pack held 48 batteries cells that are 3.2v each cell.
After checking every pack for good anddead packs. I came out with about 30 boxes out of 64 that was good and the capacity for each cellrangedfrom 1500 to 550. But I'm only going to use the 1500's to about 800's cells.

I kind of have an idea how to set the packs up but I'm not really to sure.

Would anyone know how to arrange a14S pack with the range of capacities I have?

Top right of the forum is a link for pack builder. Put in your capacities and itll tell you how to arrange them.

You need 16S for a 48V battery with LiFePO cells, if a 48V battery is what you want.
