Hi All

Anyone know where i can source 18650 laptop batterieslocally or abroad for my DIY power wall. I'm from South Africa Cape Town. I don't see many eBay listings willing to sell to South Africa.
 
About that, on an unrelated note, how are preparing for the water cutoff on April 21st? I would like to know.

I would recommend try to scavenge 18650 cells form laptops packs/powertool packs if you can't get any at decent prices.
 
The D day cut off has been extended to the 28 May. if you ask me i think its all a plot to push up the price of water. On the positive side we have all become more water conscious.
